A vegetation-management contractor runs crews across large contracts for councils and utilities. Every job has to be quoted, issued, done, recorded to a compliance standard and claimed. This system carries the whole chain: quote, project, work order, field docket, claim.

Crews fill in the docket on site, recording the conditions and what was applied, which is exactly what a chemical-application compliance record must hold.
